Our Story
Faith grows where roots run deep.
It started with one hat and one verse.
We built the first cap for ourselves. A heavy bone twill crown, a tan brim, a raised gold cross with a spur rowel underneath, and 1 Cor 16:13 stitched small on the side where only the person wearing it would think to look.
Friends asked where to get one. Then people at the sale barn and the church parking lot asked. So we ordered a second run, then a third, and Cross & Spurs Co. turned into a small western house instead of a favor for family.
We still work the same way. Small runs, honest materials, and nothing in the lineup we would not wear through a summer of work.

How we make them
Heavy twill, structured crown
Six panels of cotton twill with a stiff front so the shape holds after a season of sweat and dust.
Raised embroidery
The cross and spur are stitched in gold at 3D height, not printed, so the edges stay crisp.
The verse stays quiet
1 Cor 16:13 is tonal-stitched at the side panel. You notice it up close, and that is the point.
Not everything worth carrying can be seen.
